It's Alex

I am a designer and visual artist based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Now living in my hometown, I lived and worked in NYC for five years. From 2015-2022 I worked at Tom Kirdahy Productions , a commercial Broadway producing company, starting as an assistant and eventually leading to my post as the Director of Creative. I could tell you how much I learned there, but neither you nor I have the time to digest THAT MUCH information. I am currently a Marketing Specialist in CBIZ Risk & Advisory Services where I have handled brand consistency, design, and internal communications. 

I find it somewhat hubristic to say what my work "represents" or "inspires", but here are a couple of creative tenants I live by:

I like for my work to be fun.

I like to find that fun in the room with clients.

Fun does not mean work can't be serious. 

The best work comes from listening and the most interesting work comes from failure (of which I am an EXPERT).

Funny people are better designers. 

I better be getting better or else none of this is worth it.
