CONSISTENCY

CBIZ is on its way to being the seventh largest accounting, benefits & insurance, and financial services firm in the country. Starting in 2023, I served as a Marketing Specialist for the CBIZ Risk & Advisory Services Group, a service under CBIZ Advisory. Graphic design, brand consistency, and internal communications were my main focus. We inherited many disparate and inconsistent marketing materials–a result of several acquisitions and excelerated growth in our sector. I worked with Advisory's Growth Marketing Director and the other Marketing Specialist to craft consistency with our visual language and messaging. The goal was to be unique while remaining consistent with the CBIZ-wide brand identity.

Below are some of my project examples. This includes: a selection of print materials (including white papers, flysheets, and brochures), conference designs, and social media.

IGNITE

Designs for IGNITE Conference, an annual internal conference held by the Risk & Advisory Group. I tailored the themes to the cities and created a "sunburst" out of the CBIZ Logo to evoke a sense of ignition and energy. Powerpoints, conference programs, signage, and internal graphics were created.
